The accommodation features 1,500 square feet of free living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, a pool right outside the unit, and access to exclusive and unique amenities.

- Bedroom #1: Master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bath, and a balcony
- Bedroom #2: Queen sized bedroom shares a bathroom and a shower with other bedroom

All bedrooms are bright, fitted with comfy beds, and lined with hotel-quality linens & plush pillows for your absolute relaxation.
Living Space:
Spacious and well-lit living room is fitted with two comfortable sofa beds (both have pull out beds), and a flat-screen TV with Netflix for everyone to enjoy time together after an eventful day. There is also a dining area for 6 where you can enjoy hearty meals.
Kitchen:
If you like to cook, our contemporary-styled kitchen is wonderfully stocked with modern appliances and cookware for your carefree stay. The following items are at your entire disposal: microwave, stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, tea & coffee maker, basic ingredients, and more. All guests will be welcomed with a complimentary 1-day water supply, coffee caps, and tea.

All our guests have full access to the condo and Palm’s Cay facilities including the deep-water marina, a powder-soft beach, playgrounds, spa center, tennis courts, restaurant & bar either free of charge or for an extra fee.
Free Use:
- Pools: there is a total of 3 pools guests can use free of charge, one is right outside the unit and the remaining pools are near the beach
- Private Beach: Guests can enjoy Palm Cay's private beach free of charge
- Playground/Kids Zone: There is a playground where children can have fun and play
Extra Fee:
- Gym: Daily gym passes can be purchased for $15 per day or $50 per week per person (discounts available).
- Tennis Court: There are two tennis courts guests can use for an additional fee
- Spa: Palm Cay features a premium SPA with skin & body & massage treatments
Members-Only Access: Featuring private cabanas, a large pool, a serviced beach, and great cocktails. Access to the members-only area is free of charge for guests staying over 15 nights, or $10 per day or $50 per week per person for shorter stays (discounts available). Purchase of the resort pass is not mandatory, guests can still use other pools/beaches.
Activities:
- Kayaks/SUP: Available to be rented for $15 per hour (subject to availability)
- Bicycles: Available to be rented starting from $15 per hour or $30 per day
- Scooters: Bird Scooters are available around the community by downloading the app from the AppStore or PlayStore.
- Pilates: Classes are available on Wednesday and Fridays (subject to availability)
- Yoga: Classes are available on Wednesdays (subject to availability)
- Spa: Palm Cay features a Spa with different massages and treatments are Medical massages are also available in the comfort of your apartment through another provider.
- COVID-19 Test: Qualified nurses will visit you in the comfort of your place and perform a COVID test for your arrival/departure.

Great accommodation very clean spacious and well equipped, we really enjoyed our time here the pictures really don’t do it justice . It’s a little walk to the beach in the heat but in the car 2 mins and when you get there it’s so worth it … the facilities on the complex were great beach pools and bar. There are bikes to rent also and you feel very safe being in a gated community, overall a great stay and holiday.
