The décor is coastal interior and emphasizes lighter tone in shades of blue, green , beige and white to communicate a relaxed feel . It embraces casual furnishings slipcovered in neutral layers to create a cozy and welcoming interior. With few beach or sea- related items and motifs. It’s a relaxed and breezy summer all year round ! The spaces are functional, safe, and beautiful, simple and clean. The property has an elegant uncluttered aesthetic. It is fully equipped with everything you may need from high-speed Internet/wifi to beach towels. The ground floor has a beautiful furnished deck and patio directly on the beach with palm trees providing shade. The adjacent living-room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar have an open plan layout filled with natural light. The bedrooms are all very comfortable. On the first floor, the Master Bedroom is spacious and bright with an ensuite marble bathroom and ample closets. It has it’s own terrace for catching sensational sea views with a little breeze thrown in. Also on the first floor, there is another roomy bedroom with two single beds and ensuite marble bathroom and closet space. The entire top floor is open plan, featuring one extra-large bedroom with two sections. Facing the sea, a queen-size bed is next to a small balcony with gorgeous sea views. At the other end of this floor there are two single beds and a walk-in closet. These two sections are divided by a marble ensuite bathroom with a passage adjoining the two. On the ground floor, there are comfy sofas, cable tv and yet more fantastic views across the deck. The dining area seats eight. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has a large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, drip coffee-maker, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Of course, the entire Beach-House is fully equipped with air-conditioning and wood floors throughout. The Beach-House has access to two different swimming pools. One is right next to the building and within earshot and eyeshot of the beach. The second pool, 100m away is next to the elegant Palm Cay Clubhouse where the restaurant and bar both have terraces. Here there are comfortable beachside chaise lounges with umbrellas for your pleasure. Spend your days relaxing on a manicured kid-friendly white sand beach on a luxurious chaise with iced drinks - while hardly lifting a finger!

Great Turquoise Views. Poor Service.

We stayed at this beachfront townhome in March 2024. There is no question that you will find the property views great for a bahamaian getaway and a quieter alternative to staying at a busy resort such as Atlantis or Baha Mar. The house itself is as advertised in their pictures and you are steps from the water and by itself had 5 star potential. But there are some things to be aware of that had some downside.... it is located on the most eastern part of the island which will require guests to budget significantly more cost and time for transportation to excursions and eating out at restaurants (there is only one viable but expensive restaurant near the property. Our main issue with our stay is with the property manager. The property manager if you report something wrong or an issue in the house will just assume its your fault and question you rather than just looking to solve the problem. And when you are on vacation that is a true headache you dont want to experience. In general I just didnt find the propery manager to be pleasant throughout our stay or that accomodating so that was a disappointment. She did however connect us with a driver /taxi service ahead of our stay who was extremely helpful and we would not hesitate to use his service again on a return to Nassau. If you stay here, they do not provide a sufficient supply of trash bags or any detergent for towels or clothes which for the price paid was aggravating since we could have brought it easily ourselves and saved a shopping trip. Solomon's grocery market is an expensive market with average quality but it will be your closest option for meal preparation. The kitchen is nothing special but adequate. The wi-fi was slow for all guests. They did not provide us checkout instructions which I found odd, had to ask and even then were very limited . Overall, it is definitely a nice beach house but I think the service level from the host was poor.
