The cottage sits in our apple orchard, and on our 2 acre small holding, which guests are free to enjoy; there are trees to climb, a rope swing and spectacular views. We make our own cider and apple juice and have various livestock for children to enjoy. We welcome you with complimentary apple juice from our small-holding and home-made organic bread. The cottage has a double bed and bunks. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. The dining area seats four, and is also a lap-top friendly space (with fast, free wifi). The sitting area has two double sofas, TV, DVD player and coffee table. Lovely cottage with amazing view and right beside an apple orchard as well as a dog-friendly camping site. Owners are very kind, welcoming and let us help ourselves to apples. Also the location is a great base to explore the Forest of Dean and beyond.

Great location, great hosts - what more can I say? All of our family enjoyed the seclusion offered in the area, the kids loved the remarkably laid back chicken and amazing views of the countryside in front of a campfire. We hope to go back!...More
