Maes Y Gwaelod is a recently built beautiful 4 bedroom detached property.

On the ground floor is a lovely large kitchen/dining room, a separate lounge with a 3D wall mounted TV and lots of comfortable seating, an additional smaller sitting room that can be used as a Wheelchair access bedroom or an additional reception room and a large downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a lovely large ensuite with large shower, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a triple bunk room and a lovely size family bathroom (with bath). All rooms have built in wardrobes, there are also additional storage cupboards on the landing.

We were looking for a bit of luxury and this house certainly fits the bill. Everything is top quality and furnished to a very high standard. It has all the equipment needed and although there were only two of us staying, a large family or two families still have plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, luckily we had amazingly good weather. Helen is great to communicate with and we are grateful for her kindness in allowing us to stay a couple of hours longer on our last day, it made a great difference. Solva is a beautiful place to relax, the harbour a 15 minute walk away. We visited 4 pubs, unfortunately The Royal George was open but only 2 items available on the menu ( the landlord explained they were normally closed on mondays but had opened the back bar because they had a couple of guests staying) so just had a very nice pint. The Cambrian Inn is the best place to eat ,good service ,fantastic food and not silly expensive. The Ship is amazing value for money. The food is basic, so...
