L'appartamento è organizzato su due livelli e si trova a San Foca, a soli 60 metri dal mare e dal porto turistico, la spiaggia principale dista 130 metri, dove avrete modo di fruire della spiaggia libera o dell'attrezzatura da spiaggia del lido Solemar.
La sistemazione è composta, al piano terra, da un soggiorno con angolo cottura, zona pranzo con tavolo e sedie, camino, TV e frigo con freezer; bagno con box doccia e camera da letto matrimoniale.
Al primo piano invece si trovano una camera da letto con due letti singoli e una veranda vista mare, coperta e attrezzata per trascorrere dei momenti sereni all'aria aperta. Dotata di aria condizionata
A soli 100 metri dalla casa di trova il San Bike Noleggio bici per chi volesse avere un mezzo alternativo all'auto e volesse percorrere le strad...

L'appartamento è carino in pieno centro a 50 MT dal mare in ordine, una bella terrazza dove fare anche delle grigliate, l'unica pecca e la persona che dovrebbe fare le pulizie prima di fare soggiornare i nuovi ospiti, a mio parere non le fa'
Peccato perché l'appartamento è in una posizione stupenda, vicino a negozi, ristoranti,bar, passeggiata sul lungomare, forse un po' il parcheggio lascia a desiderare ma cmq nel complesso e tenuto bene.
