Drummond Lodge looks out into our flower meadow and grazing fields beyond. Decorated with a fresh botanical theme. Majors Lodge is set deep within the woodland and styled as a cosy Scottish hunting lodge. Red plaid furnishings and rustic charm. Horton lodge is a larger cabin with a stunning large lounge window that looks across the flower meadow. The cabin is set back into our woodland and surrounded by rhododendron bushes and ancient trees. The interior styling pays homage to our Culdees Peacocks with striking blues and greens. All our cabins are accessed by private pathways. All have outdoor pergola seating areas, fairy lighting and private gardens. Wood fired spa hot tubs, BBQ stations and firepit gardens are also available.

A Relaxing Getaway
After a busy two days in Edinburgh, this was the perfect counter - a peaceful, relaxing cabin amongst gorgeous surroundings. The bed was super comfy and the wood-fired hot-tub worked so well it took us a good hour or so with the bubbles on and the top off before we could get in it - even on a freezing cold evening! The only disappointment was that we weren't able to stay longer. Also, a big thank you to Tracey for posting back my woolly hat that I managed to leave behind after only buying it 2 days before in Ediburgh!

Magical Woodland Retreat- Ultimate Rest and Relaxation!
These Glamping pods look incredible online, but nowhere near as magical as in person! We arrived as night was falling and were taken a back at how beautiful and special the site and Glamping pods were. All the fairy lights were lit up and designed in such a way that each pod was private and felt secluded from anyone else. I would highly recommend the hot tub! Just a note it doesn’t matter if you plan to go out for the evening, still book it anyway as the hot tub stays piping till the early morning! I booked the firepit for one night on our last night, but wished I added it everynight! It really added to the experience and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting chatting and drinking our hot chocolate’s and toasting marshmallows for well over an hour till the fire subsided. Next time we would also take advantage of the BBQ package as this would also add to the experience. Great location for a weekend away just an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh. I would also recommend booking in Autumn as it was such a perfect autumnal feel, although we do want to return at a minimum for every season as I think you will get a different experience every-time. We tied it in with a visit to the Enchanted Forest and couldn’t recommend that experience enough either! The heavy rain just made the whole experience even more magical! We had been through a really stressful time and sitting in the cabin with the window open, relaxing in the hot tub and home cooking (the kitchen is perfectly designed and really well equipped) just melted everything away. I am still thoroughly relaxed almost two weeks after. The hospitality from Tracey and Richard was so welcoming and warm, nothing was a bother and it gave a family, homely feel, with design and detail that you would expect from the highest corporate chains. I really appreciated the attention to detail, design and how clean the pods were, especially considering the outdoors and elements! Leaves brushed from the steps, the scented towels, the design and styling … everything was flawless! We can’t wait to return and try out all the pods. We stayed in Hortons Lodge and my husband said he saw one with large windows … so that’s next for us! Fantastic Wedding venue too. We just came across Culdees on Instagram and hadn’t watched the Rennovation Nation series, I can’t wait to now binge watch these episodes, and see the first Culdees Wedding! We both agreed this would be our dream Wedding venue if we renew our vows, as it was exactly what we wanted and envisioned when we got married, however weren’t able to have our dream wedding. Beautiful and memorable stay, fantastic value for money! The week before we paid the same for one night in a hotel as we did for a 3-night stay with all the extras, and it didn’t come even close to this! Highly recommended! Without a doubt an experience you will remember for life!

The perfect romantic getaway!
We stayed in Majors Lodge, it was a wonderfully cosy interior and just the perfect size for a romantic trip for two. The bed was sooo comfy with lots of pillows and the cosiest duvet! The wood burning hot tub was a lovely treat on a chilly October evening and the hosts were lovely! Great to chat in the evening while Rob made sure our hot tub was set up and Tracey was a friendly host to check us in and make sure we were settled! We will definitely be back!!

Luxury Glamping Experience with Culdees Estate Castle view
Thank you for wonderful stay at Culdees Castle Estate, owners Rob and Tracey were very welcoming, while experience felt very private with incredible views of the castle. We arrived on Friday and stayed over weekend, great moment connecting with nature, autumn colours, admiring old trees around the estate. We defines recharged our batteries. We are especially grateful for Rob being so kind for showing us the castle and doing little tour and telling history about it and renovation progress, we spend all 3 hours ! Witnessing the progress and being there was very special moment for us. We will be watching further renovation progress on Channel 4 & definitely will be back. Can not recommend this lovely retreat to all family and friends far and near. Best place to stay for anyone, especially those who want escape from busy lifestyles and for artistic person like me, looking for inspiration and new ideas on my paintings. Hot tub was great and relaxing as well. Thank you 🌹x

Lovely setting but a little disappointed.
We stayed for 3 nights for some much needed rest and recuperation. The setting and lodge were both beautiful. Wonderful to see the castle being restored and the trees and grounds were a delight. The lodge itself was lovely. It was comfortable and cosy with everything we needed. We ordered a few of the packages that were offered as add-ons. The breakfast package was not worth the £35 but the owner did supplement when we complained. The BBQ package at £22 was better value and good quality. The hot tub was £30 for logs each night so a little steep. We also ordered the fiepit package and never received part of it, either that or we paid over £20 for some small marshmallows and two sachets of hot chocolate. The hottub was lovely but we were told it was best not to take lid completely off so sat in one half of it each night. We felt that with regard to customer relations some improvements could be made. We appreciate that the goal is to restore the castle however if the route involves providing this service, customers should feel like they are guests not that you are doing the owners a favour. Despite our disappointment with some aspects of our stay, the setting and the lodge itself were a delight to experience.

I will not recommended
I supposed to leave 4 to 5 star review Even i had some little complains from the beginning but didn’t bother me as i was seeing more good things in there, but tonight I received my deposit back £150 of £200 They took £50 off it over a broken Mug £10! which never ever happened i was seeing it all at the last minute before we leave when my wife was washing the dishes and cleaning the Area Nothing was absolutely broken Also £40 off the hot tub as I didn’t ask for it when i booked!? Even the second night i drove to Crieff myself to get fire wood. And make the hot tub ready my own! Honestly if i knew hot tub doesn’t come with it i would book with somewhere else, even though I booked on Cottages.com they never mentioned i need to add hot tub separately and pay extra. But thank you again Apart from these i was happy with my wife in there But next time i will try somewhere else.

Perfect location for a relaxing break
This was our second visit to Culdees. Met by Kath who was very nice and helpful and took us to our cabin. Everything perfect and the complementary bottle of fizz and the bathrobes were extra special especially as this was my birthday weekend. Cabin was nice and cosy had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Richard came to get the hot tub heating - there was a slight issue but Richard got it sorted quickly. Hot tub was great. It's so peaceful here and the fact that there are no distractions really let's you recharge the batteries watching the birds and the visit from the wee pussy cat in the evening was really nice

Lovely lodges, will be back!
We had a very good stay here, very private we didn’t see another person when we were there, there animals roam about and visited us (dog and cat) this made our trip! they were so friendly and cuddly. The cat sat with us all night and the dog stayed and played for about an hour it was so lovely! We loved the decor outside, the swing, lights and fire pit made it feel so cute and cosy. Can get takeaways delivered which is good and the towns beside us were so fun to explore, the cabins are in such a nice location. Only thing that wasn’t amazing was the hot tub package being £30 per night and it’s only turned on about 5/6 o’clock at night and we couldn’t get in it till 8/9 o clock because it was scalding hot, once it had cooled down was really nice tho with the fairy lights around us too. And it’s hard to keep the lodge clean with the muddy path on the way but they did say they’re going to change it soon. Lastly I think they owners could’ve been a little more accommodating did text a few times to ask questions as we couldn’t find stuff or couldn't work stuff and only got a reply once but maybe there were just super busy. Managed to figure things out ourselves. Overall we definitely will be back was such a lovely stay, thank you for having us :)

Wonderful Stay
We've come home after a few nights away at Culdees, and looking to book again!! A wonderful stay at Spiers Lodge, where we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were gifted our stay, which included the Hot Tub, BBQ & Breakfast packs and the Fire Pit. The Hot Tub was great, along with the quality of the local produce in the BBQ & Breakfast packs. A great relaxing few nights and it was great to hear Tracey's & Rob's story... Thank you and the best wishes for the future.
