The beautiful white sandy beach is about 100 steps from the doorstep of our 1st level oceanside condo. The quiet quad-plex building has been completely renovated inside and out during 2021.
In our condo you will enjoy a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a 43" Roku TV, fabulous gulf views with a private luxury master bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely gulf view and the second hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and quartz countertops and is well equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen bar overlooks the large dining room which is open to the living room with comfy couches and a 55" TV which includes lots of cable channels, wifi, phone, Dvd player, movie...

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a $185 pet fee for the 1st pet and an additional $75 for the 2nd pet, max 2 pets.
No parties are allowed.
The condo is not stocked nor suitable for more than 4 people and we make no exceptions.
You will be required to sign the Rental Agreement prior to your stay. If the Rental Agreement is not received back your reservation will be cancelled.
If you find a problem with something in the condo please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it fixed.

Wonderful relaxing condo. Steps to the water. Beautifully decorated everything you need all in one place. Check.out the local area, enjoy the quiet eat some seafood and relax!

Fabulous vacation - great place to stay!
We spent a week in this rental and did not want to leave! The unit was extremely convenient to the beach and we were able to set up our canopy once and leave it set up the whole time. It does not have a good view of the ocean from the deck, but the beach is so close it did not matter - who needs just a view when you can be at the ocean in a few steps! The unit was very roomy and charmingly decorated, and had all of the supplies needed for a comfortable stay and then some. Wifi and phone reception are a little spotty. The owner, Sue B, was very responsive and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this condo!
Very clean & spacious! We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! Also very close to the beach & we could see the ocean from our bedrooms! Sue was very nice & helpful with everything! It was great & we would definitely stay there again!

Nicer than the pictures portray!
This remote beach house was perfectly located for a family fun get away! The house is bigger than the pictures portray on the internet. I would definitely recommend staying in Sue's beach house. I wish we had more time!

Steps the beach
We had a great time, the beaches are so quite and serene. you are close to other places as well. Port St. Joe IS ABOUT A 15 minute drive. Apalachicola is very near as well. Take a day trip over to Mexico beach if you like. There's horseback riding, paddle boarding equipment is on the lower floor of this unit along with chairs and other equipment. .
This is now our fall vacation spot!

About the neighbourhood
On Cape San Blas there is a gas station and Trading Post with food supplies and souviener shops. There are several small restaurants and sport rentals close by. If you want to get away from the beautiful quiet beaches to go shopping or antiquing Port St Joe and Appalachicola have old downtown areas with small shops and eateries for a fun day or evening out. Panama City is not far if you are looking for the big city shops, nightlife and crowded beaches.
Getting around
Bikes can be helpful around Cape San Blas but you will need a car when head out to town for any major purchases in Port St Joe or elsewhere.

5 miles down Cape San Blas Road on the beautiful North side of the Cape.
We are located on Antiqua Drive (also spelled Antigua in some directions and maps) which is behind Pristine properties in a quiet and open area with only 3 quad-plex buildings and one home.
Our building is the first one on the right you come to off Antiqua Drive and we are the lower oceanside unit.
You will park in the second bay under the building labeled 151.
There is a keypad on the road side door and you will be sent the code prior to your arrival.
