Blue Moon is a quaint two story home owned by an Army Veteran on the north end of the Cape just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The large tile patio with a hot tub and fire pit provides a great place to gather with friends and family. There is also a large screened in porch on the main level with an equally large sundeck above it. One unique feature is a screened porch “swing-bed” for a nice place to take a nap. Another unique feature is a sauna in the master bedroom. The living room opens to a dining area with a small table for 4 and seating for 3 at a breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has been newly updated with all stainless-steel appliances and overlooks the living area. There are 3 queen bedrooms and 2 tub/shower combo full baths and one 1/2 bath.
