We had a family gathering here of 8 adults, 5 children. We were blessed with amazing weather so the kids had great fun playing outside. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The accomodation is lovely. It was a pleasant surprise to have bits and bobs for self catering provided- like washing up liquid, tea towels etc

Whilst the property itself does not disappoint, I would have not selected it had a known that: a) I had to drive my car down a very narrow, overgrown lane with several potholes on approach b) the owner lives directly opposite the house and made it known; would have preferred the secluded location the pictures led me to believe it...

The conversion was amazing, all necessary mod cons. 5 stars for the accommodation, 5 stars for the owners, 5 star for the tranquil location. What else can I say. The only disappointing part was packing up to go home! Would defiantly stay here again.

Preferred payment is by paypal . We except Friday and Monday change over days. All and final payment must be made 8 weeks prior to commencements of the holiday again this is non refundable unless we are able to re let the property, any cost incurred will be deducted from the money repaid. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover any of these issues. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks to the start of the holiday then full payment is required. The currency is GBP.

The price given includes all heating and electricity. A free basket of logs is supplied with each fire, further logs can be purchased if required.
Weekend nightly rate is from Friday to Monday inclusive. Week day nightly prices are from Monday to Friday inclusive. If you are unsure please contact us for a quote.
