A two bedroom plus a den with a sofa bed perfect to accommodate extra guests and also for private office space. The spacious owners’ bedroom has two walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom, a double sink and a large glass door walk in shower affords space and privacy. The second bedroom offers one queen bed and closet space plus extra drawers to accommodate your belongings. A washer & dryer is inside the unit for your convenience!

There will be a transfer fee of $214 if the guests want to have all the amenities transferred which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of their stay. Transfer fee until April 2023 remains $214 until April 30th, 2023 but there will be a charge per round effective January 1st 2023 per HOA changes ($75 for 18 holes) and $45 (9 holes) each time you want to play.
