The Club Walk Beach House is a beach front house that starred in ITV1's 'Holiday Home Sweet Home', profiling the best of British holiday homes. 1,450 sq.ft. luxuriously styled seaside cottage that lives up to its name: a cosy beach front coastal cottage with a unique, clubby feel. Situated only a few yards from the beach, it boasts sea views and reflects the attention to detail our guests have come to expect from our beach houses. Sleeping up to eight adults in four uniquely styled double bedrooms (three of which are super king zip & links which can be split into twins), and two young children in sofa beds, it is ideal for family weekend and beach holidays; yet it is only an hour and a half away from central London by car or direct rail service.

The Club Walk Beach House is almost beach front with sea views, just 90 minutes from London by train or car. It sleeps 10 guests (including young children - maximum of 8 adults) in 4 super king bedrooms (3 of which can split into twins; 1 en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and separate shower room). It boasts a driftwood fireplace with log burner and a private front garden with a hot-tub at 38 degrees all year round. The truly quintessential English summer holiday or seaside break.
For all Tesla Car owners, we now have TESLA charging points at each of the beach houses with official charging hardware supplied by Tesla.

Fantastic stay at the Club Walk Beach House with a friend, 3 kids and 2 dogs. The house is lovely - comfy beds, well equipped with what you need, even high end dog treats!!. Yhe proximity to the beach is just fabulous - in mere moments you can walk to the beach in your PJs with your cup of tea and watch the waves in the early morning, with just a few friendly dog walkers for company. Kids loved the hot tub of course and loads of fun to be had exploring coastline.! Val and Victoria were super helpful with queries. Everyone we chatted to locally was very friendly, and we had the most delicious brekkies/lunches at Grub and Gumption which I'd HIGHLY recommend as a complete gem. Thank you and hope we get a return visit!

Wonderful setting for my family and friends to join me for my birthday.
I was looking for a comfortable, well appointed property to spend a long weekend with family, our dogs and 4 friends. This was exactly the right place. Simple pleasures in a grand setting. it is also very easy to get to by car, bus and train. Very low key surroundings. I could only hear the waves at night.

Fantastic Weekend!
We had a great stay with our teenage son. Seconds walk from the beach and we made good use of the hot tub. The styling and detail of the property is amazing. The location is nice and quiet, with a good selection of cafes and places to eat within walking distance. Will visit again!

Amazing stay
Had an amazing few days, me and my family enjoyed the time away from day to day life, interior was gorgeous, the sea view was amazing from my room would definitely visit again and highly recommend

Amazing holiday in West Sussex
This was such a wonderful experience. The house is very cosy, designed perfectly and very clean. All the rooms look incredible and we also had the hot tub outside. The beach is literally in front of the house, so you can have an amazing view while you are having breakfast. One of the most relaxing holidays ever!

Wonderfull stay!
I stayed with my husband and kids in the beach house and couldn’t be more glad we chose this place for our short vacation. It’s right next to the sea and every morning we woke up with the beautiful view of it from our bedroom windows. At night you can see the stars really well, it felt especially romantic in the evenings when we took walks on the beach at sunset. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need for cooking and there was a lot of space for dining. The house is beautifully designed with amazing details in every room, it felt really cozy and like a home away from home. Caroline Bond was always replying in time with any questions we had and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We recently stayed at the Club Walk beach house to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. There were 6 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 13 and our dog.
The house is beautiful and we had ample space. There was also ample parking for our 3 cars.
The location was perfect for going on walks or driving to close by villages/amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus and well used by us all.
Would definitely recommend and love to return at some point in the future.

Angmering-on-Sea is steeped in history. It was originally proposed as a ‘sporting garden village’ and in 1913 the local area was transformed into Angmering-on-Sea - the name ‘stolen’ from the village the other side of the railway station. During the inter war period - the ‘Riviera’ interlude - it was a small but very smart seaside resort, boasting lidos, tennis and country clubs with croquet & bowls and was often visited by the Queen who came to watch international standard tournaments.Now a private secure residential family orientated estate, quiet in winter and busy with wet sports on the summer weekends, Angmering-on-Sea is only an hour and a half from central London and readily accessible from Gatwick and Heathrow making the Beach House the ideal luxury holiday house to enjoy this secluded, barely discovered stretch of the Sussex coast that caters for all needs - be it a private weekend, family gathering, bucket & spade holiday, or romantic getaway.
