Spacious 1-bed + 2-bath condo with large balconies in the brand new Zenith project in the heart of Old Town at the Romantic Zone. Zenith - 403 has a modern kitchen with cooking island with gas stainless steel cook top and a full size gas oven, granite countertop, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker as well as a microwave and coffee machine. The kitchen and living area have sliding doors that open to two balconies with sitting area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The main living area has modern air-conditioning and ceiling fans as the bedroom. The unit is equipped wifi, Smart TV in the living area and another one in the master bedroom. Enjoyable

The condo was great, very comfortable and safe. We really enjoyed our stay there, close to restaurants. margarita grill and dove vita. Would go back.

Love puerto Vallarta

The place is very nice and clean. We had a great time,close to the malacon and great restaurants. Barbara and Arturo we great and helpful. Will be back.😊
