Our beautiful Moorish-style, 6-unit condo building is set on the hillside on a usually quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from the Malecon ocean boardwalk, beach, restaurants, art galleries, cafes and boutiques. Behind the gated entrance lies a lush oasis with spectacular views from the pool and rooftop deck of the bay and downtown Vallarta. Renovated and refurnished, this bright and airy one-bedroom condo has its own private patio, AC, LCD TV with Roku and Chromecast, excellent Wi-Fi and laundry.

On arrival at the condo we were greeted in a very friendly and gracious manner and shown to our home for a week.
The view from the terrace and pool area is spectacular, taking in the old town and the Pacific.
Our accommodations were top drawer as far as comfort and amenities.
The location gives a peaceful atmosphere with only minutes from the busy downtown where one can find great food and entertainment.
Great location, great vacation.

Excellent place for a quiet break
Clean quiet apartment nicely furnished, plumbing and appliances, internet, TV, all great. Private area plus two large shared areas. Onsite custodial and security. Pleasant Mexican family, no concern regarding personal or property safety. Good value for money. As the property is high up on the hill side the view is spectacular and the beach and dozens of restaurants are within 5 mins, Might be difficult for persons unable to climb the equivalent of 5 stories etc

Ideal for relaxing and exploring the old city.
This apartment was just what we needed: clean and easy to live in with a very well stocked kitchen open to a spacious living/dining area. It has a lovely quiet patio in the back with washer/dryer. The apartment is on the first floor with the pool right outside the door. We quickly discovered the rooftop patio where we watched extraordinary sunsets and listened to great Mexico music all Christmas day. The bed was very comfortable, though we would have liked a warmer blanket for the bed and one for the sofa bed in the living room. We loved being able to open the windows and doors during the day and to feel the openness of life in Mexico. One of the special things that came with the apartment was the caretaker Eric and his family. They were so friendly and helpful. We loved how centrally located this apartment was to great restaurants and to exploring the old City. HIghly recommend this place.

Comfortable, well-equipped Condo in the upper part of Old Town o
Eric, the building manager was accommodating and most pleasant. The condo was clean, bright, modern and very commodious. The common areas of the pool and deck were a nice focal point for all the residents. The gardens/plants / fountain made the surroundings beautiful. There was a great view from the top deck above the 3rd level. The kitchen was well equipped for a small but very convenient cooking area. There was a nice back private patio to chillout and this also included a laundry facility. We enjoyed our stay very much and liked the daily climb up and down the hill as we enjoy hiking and keeping fit.

Decidedly Superior Condo in Old Puerto Vallarta
Up a few steps you enter a charming courtyard complete with a large old Mexican fountain, pool area and a panoramic view over Banderas Bay. This condo is on the ground floor, with a spacious feel to the living room, good kitchen, then bathroom followed by a bedroom with courtyard off the back. The quality throughout is decidedly superior, with a very well equipped kitchen, ample dishes, wine glasses and so forth. Unusually, it has a stocked spice rack, tea, coffee and other necessities which are on the honor system to replace once consumed. Overall the spaces are very clean, attractively decorated, bathroom with good hot water pressure. A full time maintenance man, and his wife, who generally maintain the site and clean the condo twice weekly are very helpful in every way. An unexpected shoe issue required a repair shop, and upon inquiring, the maintenance man took the shoes after his shift ended and returned them the same afternoon! First time visitors should be warned that many condos are located hillside - as is this one - and give lovely vistas of the town and bay below, but the steps/roads leading to these can be steep and not always in sterling condition. Cabs are very reasonable, usually about 50-70 Pesos from the Malecon, Los Muertos Beach, markets and so forth, about $4/5.

Beautiful Ibiza Casita
I rented this property for 3 weeks and it was wonderful! Well appointed, centrally located only 3 blocks from the beach in the centro, accessed by a series of steps and cobblestone, it's a good way to get your heart rate up! The condo is part of a 6-plex in a beautifully landscaped property with pool and roof garden terrace. I especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop as well as entertaining by the pool. The place has everything you might need, including a washer and dryer, not to mention a hammock in the back patio on which to recline and relax. On site service by Eric and his family was superb, such lovely people! One thing I didn't consider was the close proximity of your neighbors in the complex, the pool and common areas are shared by all and because the weather is always warm, there are no windows so voices travel. The owner, Rob is very accommodating and I found him and his service most excellent!

An old town location that offers you the best of Puerto Vallarta
If you want to have the perfect comfort space and the convenience of old town Puerto Vallarta this condo is the perfect hideout for two. Off the beaten trail and up a few steep blocks from the ocean you get a quiet, clean, lush apartment with a wonderful pool and outdoor atrium. The view from the top balcony is spectacular, especially at sunset. A very quiet neighborhood but awesome restaurants are just two blocks away. The living space is comfortable and festive, the kitchen stocked for anyone inclined to cook. A very comfortable queen bed with a very good ceiling fan. The shower is great, you can do your own laundry and it feels just like home. Not to mention the on- site caretaker, Eric, and his wonderful family and cutest dog, that make you feel totally at home and help you out with any concerns you may have. This is a perfect place to visit, close to all the action of old town but a steep walk home. Not to worry, the taxi is cheap and well worth the pesos. Highly recommend.

A surprising oasis in authentic old-town P.V.
A very cool hidden gem, well-located in downtown Vallarta. Welcome greeting and great service from "Eric", the caretaker; lush and peaceful poolside court, great views and sunbathing on the roof-top deck; cozy, tastfully-decorated and nicely-equipped condo unit. A short downhill jaunt to the Malecon and beach. Downtown P.V. is surprisingly pleasant, interesting, and genuinely Mexican - and that's quite a compliment, coming from an authentic-Mexico aficionado such as myself - not at all like the high-rise resort strip that blights most of Banderas Bay. The Malecon itself is a joy to stroll along, bejewelled with statuary, be it metal or human. All in all, a delight! Muchisimas gracias!

wonderful place
I loved it! Everything is great about this place. The service, the location, the atmosphere, the terraces. Excellent choice if you are looking for a safe and quiet place that feels like home. The apartment is clean, cosy and very well equipped; everything you could possibly need to cook is available. Very suitable if you want to stay for a longer period. Perhaps not the best choice if you can't walk well, because the hill is rather steep.

First time in puerto vallarta
My wife and I had a great 3 weeks in condo ibiza in puerto vallarta. We enjoyed our morning walks to a large variety of close-by restaurants for breakfasts. Indeed everything is within walking distance. We felt totally safe wlaking the streets even late at night. The condo itself is very nice looking with pool and large patio and great view! As much of PV is built partially on mountain slopes, the climb back to the condo in midday sun may be a bit too much for some.

About the neighbourhood
This beautiful Moorish-style, 6-unit condo building is set on the hillside on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a safe and charming neighbourhood in the downtown Centro area of the friendliest city in Mexico.
Behind the gated entrance lies a lush, tropical retreat with spectacular views from the pool and rooftop deck of the Banderos bay and the red-tiled rooftops of downtown Vallarta. A few short blocks away is the ocean boardwalk, restaurants, cantinas, art galleries, cafes and boutiques.
Getting around
Bus fares are cheap, run frequently and can get you to just about anywhere. Look for the destination written on the windshields. The regular fare is currently 10 pesos with no transfers.
Taxis are meant to be a fixed price by zone. Uber operate in Puerto Vallarta. You will need to download the app to your phone.
Please note that our condo is not suitable for wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.

Distance from airport: 11KM /7 Miles (20-25 minutes)
Airport Taxi: When you leave the Customs area, ignore the timeshare salespeople and head straight for the main airport arrivals hall where you will see three yellow official taxi ticket booths. Ask for the Hotel Suites La Siesta /El Panorama Restaurant or the adjacent Condominios Puesta del Sol in Zona 2. If you are travelling light you can save money by using the taxis located over the highway bridge, use Uber, or if you know where you going you could use the local bus service.
