You can enjoy your meals indoors or take the party outside to the fantastic balcony, where you can soak in the view. The grounds of Reef Residencias are immaculate—the gardens are lush and manicured, the pools are sparkling clean, and the private stretch of beach is pristine. All you have to work on is that tan, while you windsurf, snorkel, SCUBA dive, go fishing or take a dip in the freshwater pool. Grab a Margarita and take a moonlit stroll along the water’s edge. As a guest here, you also have access to the rooftop observation deck, where views of the ocean—especially at sunset—will leave you breathless. Did we mention the freshwater pool? It’s worth repeating because there are actually two of them. The pool area also includes also a hot tub, SCUBA and snorkeling gear rinse tank, two outside showers, plus palm trees and palapas when you need a bit of shade. A few steps down the charming paved pathway is the famed white-sand beach and multi-hued blue waters of the Caribbean, and you are welcome to enjoy all the amenities. You can take off on a SCUBA or snorkeling adventure—they’ll even pick you up at the nearby dock—or you can just body surf in the warm water and gentle swells that lap the beach. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat (some even deliver) or a cold drink. A ten- to 15-minute drive away is downtown Cozumel, where you can walk along the oceanfront promenade for a bit of shopping or sightseeing. Restaurants, bars and vendors selling everything from homemade tacos to hand-crafted fabrics line the promenade, as well as duty-free stores and nice boutiques. Excellent Stay
Our 9 day stay at Residencias Reef 8310 could not have been better! Beautiful condo, very well stocked & decorated with a fantastic view of ocean. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Boat picks us up at the pier just a short walk from our front door. We have enjoyed staying at Residencias Reef for 7 years now and cannot imagine a better place to relax and rejuvenate in beautiful Cozumel. We will be back

Fabulous condo and location
We were very impressed with the 8310 condo. The location and upscale atmosphere was perfect as it is located away from the busy city area. The outdoor deck has an amazing ocean view and it’s right on the beach. The sunsets were awesome! The condo is up-to-date and clean. The grounds and the private beach are beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay there again. We also enjoyed the island of Cozumel. We traveled over the Christmas holiday and the weather was perfect! Summer-like weather and warm every day. We recommend renting a car and driving to the east side of the island where are the beaches are un-commercialized. The ocean water was warm and clear crystal blue. This vacation was perfect and amazing!

Wonderful condo in a beautiful location!
The condo is located in the beautiful Residencias Reef complex which has beautiful grounds, a great beach and two well kept pools. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and is fully stocked for a comfortable vacation. The views of the beach and ocean from the condo can't be beat. The manager, Luis, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this condo and will be back.

Best vacay ever
We had the best stay at casa Vista Hermosa. Everything was just as promised. All we needed and more. Can't wait to do it again.

Beautiful, comfortable, immaculate
The condo was wonderful -- well appointed with everything you need and want including all the kitchen utensils, fresh beach towels, jugs of water, double sink, comfortable king sized bed, AC and a balcony to die for overlooking the main pool and beach beyond. Sunsets are glorious from the balcony, too. All the staff are really friendly and keep the condo and grounds immaculate. A lovely, lovely place to stay!
