Lots of space, and natural light. Full equiped and decorated apartment with granite kitchen, private loundry room with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning, and tv. Private wifi service. Pool and green scapes in every view. Excelent location!

Located at the northern area of Merida, which is the most prommising and fastest growing area of the city. We have GalerÃas, one of the most popular malls, and Costco at a 10 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood used to be an Hacienda with its working lands and people around it, so even though it is part of the city now, it still has that 'little town' feeling.
Getting around
It is easy to move around, either walking, on uber or taxi or by renting a car. Our city is surrounded by beautiful archeological sites and beaches like Progreso, Celestun, Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Dzibilchaltun, Tulum, Cancun, etc.
