Welcome to Penthouse 408 at the The City Luxury Condo Hotel. Enjoy endless hours on your private rooftop terrace basking in your private pool. One of the greatest parts of Playa del Carmen is the wonderful weather - sunny weather all year round - so why not enjoy it outside!. Star gaze on our expansive roof top terrace with sunbeds, lounge chairs and large dining table and chairs. Skinny dip in a private pool!
The penthouse is divided into 2 floors. In the first floor is the large master suite with king bed, very comfortable high quality mattress, and en suite bathroom with spacious shower. The master bedroom have their own terraces which is more shady and quiet and is great for relaxing!

The penthouse resides in The City Luxury Condos only 5 mins away from the shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and is only 10 mins away from the Beach. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 1 block away and so is Mega, a large supermarket.
Getting around
The best way to explore Playa is by walking and from the Penthouse everything will be at walking distance, but in case you want to rent a car there is free parking available at the condo.
