This is just like being in you own home with all of the amenities!!
This condo is close to restaurants and grocery shopping. There are so many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is our happy place so the close proximity is important. We will come back again.

About the neighbourhood
Our vacation retreat is nestled in the heart of Playa’s trendiest and most desirable neighborhood, Shangri La. The modern Shangri La neighborhood dates back to the mid 1980’s when the Shangri La and Las Palapas Hotels catered to guests on the pristine and uncrowded Coco Beach. Domesticated horses grazed freely in the surrounding jungle and provided an opportunity for guests to view the amazing Mayan coastline on horseback.
Getting around
Our modern-day Shangri La features the best of everything Playa has to offer. Coco Beach, the beautiful tree covered 38th Street and Playa’s famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) are all just steps away from our gates.
