This beautiful home, renting for the first time December of 2009 is located in the exclusive development and hotel area of Playacar Phase II.
The house is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and attention to every detail in every corner.
On the main floor you will find a spacious living room with a large flat panel TV and dining room with granite table, a comfortable and roomy kitchen where you can be sure to find everything you need, including all high end major appliances; microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dish washer.
From this area there is access to a lower level where you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. This level is also the laundry room with washer and dryer.

2. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, or NOISE DISTURBANCE.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
6. • PROPERTY KEYS – Two sets of keys will be provided. Loss of keys will result in a $100 charge and a lock out fee of $50 will be charged for any after office hour’s access necessary.
