About the neighbourhood
Two blocks away you can find the beach. One block over the av. 10 you can take a taxi so you can go where you need it. Across the street at the corner there is a store. You can walk on the Fifth Avenue and find restaurants, bars, commercial stores and crafts. Less than 2 blocks you will find greengrocers, natural juices, laundry, small restaurants of Italian food, seafood, hamburgers or tacos.
Getting around
We are located near the main 5th avenue and you can go walking through the tourist area, there is taxi traffic at all times on the street ten, the urban transport is at 4 corners.

How to get there
The easiest way to get to Playa from the Cancun airport is to take the ADO bus, which costs about $212 pesos (or $11 dollars). They leave regularly from the airport, tickets can be bought from ADO booths near baggage claim or (I believe) curbside by the buses. These buses are comfortable and take you right to downtown Playa del Carmen. From the bus terminal (located on Benito Juarez Street) you can take a 5 min. taxi ride to the house. Taxis anywhere in Centro Playa should cost you only 3 o 4 dollars, anymore and they, on Christmas Eve and New Year they charge double fee.
