Villa Rubio is a brand new Villa located in the new and beautiful Aldea Zama private residential development with 24/7 security. The Villa is located directly between the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Caribbean and the quaint and charming Tulum Town. They both offer local nightlife, shopping and dining. There is also a large grocery store a couple minutes away to stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Villa Rubio is an ecologically friendly villa which offers views of the jungle, high quality comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities. Additionally there is a washer/dryer combination that is located on the third floor for any of your laundry needs you might have on your stay. There is 2 swimming pools a short distance from your front door.

About the neighbourhood
Tulum is full of interesting places to see. Visit some of the many cenotes in the area. There is also Mayan ruins located right here in Tulum that sit above a beautiful beach. Snorkeling , scuba diving is available as well as Stand up paddle boarding.
Getting around
a car is recommended, however there are shuttles you can hire at Cancun airport and there are car rental companies in Tulum if you decide you want to rent a car for a few days. Taxis are plentiful and economical. There is also many places to rent bicycles which is a great way to get around.
