Most beautiful stay.. Villa is heaven on earth!
I spent just over one week at the beautiful Casa Maya Kaan, located right on the beach.. it was the most relaxing stay! Would highly recommend!

What my tropical dreams are made of.....
Casa Maya Ka'an is so much more than a rental property, it feels like a tropical dream home completely surrounded by wild nature, that I would love to live in. Every inch of this divine space has been articulated with beautiful furnishings and decor that make this place feel so loved and lived in. The kitchen and dining areas both indoors and outdoors were always set up so nicely by the staff, their presentation skills, use of fresh flowers and the food was delicious - I would highly recommend the in-house chefs! The best part is the house is directly on the beach in the wild Sian Ka'an nature reserve. The energy in this area feels very untouched, you will barely see any other tourists on the beach, it feels like you have the private beach all to yourself. Unlike the rest of Tulum that has become very busy - this for me was an added benefit, to feel completely removed and have our own privacy. I loved using the outdoor showers, and spending time on the large outdoor deck. It's the perfect home to spend time with friends, community and enjoy special gatherings. I look forward to staying here again soon!

Una villa incantevole davanti all’oceano, Amazing!
Casa Maya Kaan è spettacolare in tutto. Immersa nella Riserva incontaminata di Sian Ka’an, è circondata da palme e sabbia bianchissima. Ogni dettaglio nella villa è stato curato con amore e gusto. Gli arredi sono naturali e al contempo molto raffinati, ovunque guardi scopri un particolare da ammirare. Le camere sono spaziose, i letti ampi e comodi. Lo chef prepara dei piatti deliziosi, assolutamente da non perdere. Dovevamo restare una notte e alla fine siamo rimasti tre indimenticabili giorni. Un sogno. Super raccomandata!

A Dream Villa
The location of this magnificent villa is spectacular. Directly on the beach, surrounded by unspoilt nature between the ocean and the lagoon, just 10 minutes drive from the Movida of Tulum. Protected from the sun and wind by palm trees and trees, a magnificent patio and several relaxing places in the large garden that leads to the beach in just a few steps. We particularly appreciated the decor, the attention to aesthetic details and comfort, nothing is left to chance. Excellent hospitality The chef offers refined Mexican cuisine that is never banal and ready to satisfy any need. The staff is kind, competent, discreet and professional. There were 4 of us, but the villa can accommodate up to 17 people.

Breathtaking Accomodations
Casa Maya was absolutely amazing. You are immediately taken away with its beauty from the first step onto the property. The decor is absolutely perfect. Victor and his staff were beyond accommodating any change or need we had it met above and beyond our expectations. Not to mention the private beach and cabanas. We came for a bachlorette with 17 people there was more than enough space for people to be together and spread out when needed. The chef's food was absolutely perfect. He was able to provide us with traditional Mexican cuisine as well as accounting for guest dietary constraints. I would highly reccomend staying here if you are every in the Tulum area!

Tulum's best kept secret in the heart of Sian Ka'an!
Casa Maya Ka'an is one of the most magical hideaways in the heart of Sian Ka'an. We hosted a staff retreat on the property and could not have asked for a more perfect space to bring our entire team together for a day + night of team bonding, rejuvenation and incredible meals!
The staff and entire experience blew everyone away. Chef Oliver & team curated an unbelievable menu for the day that satisfied everyone, including those in our group with picky dietary restrictions. Not only is the home impeccably designed and welcoming - the entire property is pristine and full of beautiful, intimate spaces to gather and hang in.
The secret ingredient that truly sets this property apart from the rest, is the beautiful energy, love and attention to detail from the staff that brings experiences to life. From Douglas, to Virginia, to Miriam, to Chef Oliver, to Roberto - you will be in the best hands at Casa Maya Ka'an. If you're looking for a private oasis and magical experience that will be unforgettable - I truly hope you're lucky enough to stay here.

Amazing Place for a group retreat
This place is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to host our company team retreat there and it was perfect. Plenty of space for 50 people to move around, do workshops, sit together in small group etc. The staff cooked us three incredible meals and made us a bonfire for after dinner. Highly highly recommend this gorgeous place for any occasion.

Incredibly beautiful spot with beautiful energy
This place is beyond incredible - set right on the beach and so open + airy, this was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The place has incredible energy and everyone we worked with from start to finish was so nice and welcoming. I will never come back to Tulum without staying here. This place really showcases what Tulum is and the beauty that still exists!

Most Relaxing Tulum Trip Ever!
We've stayed in Tulum many times, always in the hotel beach zone, but this was our first trip where we booked a home and I don't think we'll ever go back. First of all the home was absolutely lovely. The size suited our small group perfectly. Second, the staff there is absolutely second to none. They took such great care of us and made our trip perfect! The home has its own beach was was great, and the atmosphere was so fun in the evenings when the entire house was lit with candlelight. Will definitely go back!!
