Our boho chic two level home is designed for the modern traveller who is looking for a natural retreat, privacy, off the grid experiences and the flexibility of not only the beach but also the local Pueblo. The gated front entryway for Lúum Zama is currently in the construction stage so it can be your first adventure through the impressive structure. We have a transportation company that can arrange pick up from the airport that know exactly where to go. Our building, called Wahh is unmarked so you will need to look at the map and the exterior photo for reference. This is totally bohemian... You will be surrounded by the jungle. So expect earthy smells and some mosquitoes. Thankfully our unit is on the 3rd and 4th level, which seems to be above the level that these little nasties prefer to fly. Lúum Zama is new and growing, there are construction sounds during the day. So if you need complete silence this habitat may not be conducive to your zen... Wahh 303, has three King Bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms including a private terrace to welcome a few friends looking for adventure, 2 or 3 couples comfortably or a family of 4 to 6. Barefoot Luxuries: Throughout the space the doors, closets and bathroom shelves are hand crafted from exotic tzalam wood. The walls are are hand troweled chukum which is a local plaster finish and cool to the touch terrazzo polished concrete floors on both levels. So slip your shoes off at the door and relax. Main Level: Enjoy the main level master suite with king bed - wrap around balcony and retractable glass doors, thicker curtains (no room darkening shades), air conditioning with remote, wooden ceiling fan with remote, coverlet with Moroccan Pom Pom blanket, Four pillows with 2 throw pillows, walk-in closet with drawers and safe, an extra duvet with cover is located in the closet, bamboo ladder for hanging towels or wet clothes, ensuite master bath with double sinks and waterfall shower head. This bathroom has a hair dryer and curling wand with make-up towel. Gourmet kitchen with waterfall quartz countertop has room at the breakfast bar (4 bar stools) for coffee and a laptop. (Wireless WiFi is strongest on this level & can be inconsistent in the upper level). Our kitchen is fully outfitted with mixer, blender, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Bodum coffee press, Nespresso frother, dishes, wine glasses, etc, etc. Dining room table is a locally sourced live edge table that can be set for 6. Please be mindful to not leave water marks on this. :-) Living area has a 55” curved Samsung HDTV with a Sony soundbar. We have Netflix, YouTube, internet access, and limited Amazon Prime tv. The nautical sculpture is unique find made in Merida (for looks only...not light). The doors are fully retractable with two ceiling fans and an air conditioning unit on remote. Outside there is a small sitting area for two where you can enjoy a morning coffee. Off the kitchen we have a WASHER & DRYER for your use plus an ironing board & iron. The third king bedroom has balcony and retractable glass doors, sheer linen curtains with room darkening blinds, air conditioning with remote, wooden ceiling fan with remote, coverlet with Moroccan Pom Pom blanket, closet with drawers with an extra duvet with cover. There’s a bathroom located right outside of this room with a waterfall shower head. Upper Level: Second level master suite with king bed, balcony and retractable glass doors, sheer linen curtains with room darkening blinds, air conditioning with remote, wooden ceiling fan with remote, coverlet with Moroccan Pom Pom blanket, Four pillows with 2 throw pillows, closet with drawers, an extra duvet with cover is located in the closet, ensuite master bath with double sinks and double waterfall shower head, bamboo ladder for hanging towels or wet clothes. There is a second entrance on this level for extra privacy. Private outdoor terrace with dining area, lounge area, cool plunge pool, day bed, fire pit and a half bath. There’s a outdoor kitchen with sink, cooktop and small refrigerator. There will be 6 organic peshtemal towels waiting for you in the bedrooms. Lounge, dine and enjoy wonderful sunsets. - Please do not have the A/C below 24 degrees for more than a couple of hours...it may seize up the unit and it will not work correctly. - Only MINIMAL TOILET PAPER should be put down the toilet- no sanitary products, condoms, wipes. - Be mindful about not displacing too much water out of the POOL. If water gets out on to the terrace the pump may make very loud sounds. - NO PARTIES are allowed in our penthouse. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Tulum is a world-famous destination because it has some of the best beaches in the world, over 7000 sacred cenotes, a breathtaking archaeological site by the sea and it is surrounded by stunning jungle.

Getting around

For transportation to the Jungle Lounge - Wahh 303 we us Canada Transfers. We also recommend to get around Tulum by rental car, bicycle or by taxi. México does not have Uber or Lyft. Bicycles are convenient to ride to either town or the beach, however you may find a rental car is useful for getting around too. Parking is available across the street from the building. Please note, that parking on the beach road is limited, so bikes or taxis are a better option for beach days. We also have a list of taxi drivers we use or any taxi can usually be hailed outside by the gate attendant.
