Welcome to our beautiful 'Casa Tranquila'. As the name says, this is a very quiet, peaceful home and community. We are very close to the town (Pueblo of Tululm), but at the same time, far enough away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the town. You will have amazing views of the stars at night from the private rooftop penthouse area. You will fall in love with the private pool, large open rooftop area, comfy beds, and fully equipped Villa.

Casa Tranquila is located in a gated community with private security 24/7. Riviera Tulum residential is a new area surrounded by the jungle. And there is entertainment for everybody, because there is a park for the small kids to have fun and also an ecologic gym for adults.
You can drive or cycle to downtown (5 mins) where you will find an infinite variety of restaurants and nightlife, our favourite restaurants are El Asadero (Mexican grilled food), Bacaro (Italian food), La Chiapaneca (best tacos ever) and many others! The best mojitos and music are at Batey, get ready to move your hips :)
In the beach side (15 mins by car) you can find public beaches, beach clubs, National parks, ruins and water sports.

Getting around
Riviera Tulum is a fairly new residential area within the town itself. You may consider renting a car to move around during your stay as taxis to the beach can be pricey when used often, plus this will give you more freedom to explore the ruins, beaches, cenotes (fresh water sinkholes) and different theme parks and attractions in the area.

How to get there
Follow the 307 road until the second traffic light in Tulum. over there you will see Scotia Bank in the left corner, take the right there, then you will see the street finishes, over there take the left and then the right in the next corner you see. Go straight until an ice-cream place in a corner on the left, turn right till the fire station and turn left, go straight until you see the entrance to the gated area named Riviera Tulum in the right side of that road. Inside you will go right then take the first street on the left, you will see the house on the left side, almost at the end of the street, house number 42 on calle Tabachin.
