About the neighbourhood
This is a modern spacious 7-bedroom home that has been completely updated, so it's like new. It's located on a quiet street with no through traffic in a suburban neighborhood, surrounded by large single-family homes. The back yard is gigantic and is very shady with a small deck and fruit trees. Plenty of free parking; free wifi, free internet.
The inside of this home is filled with high-end furniture. We turned this into a deluxe vacation rental from the ground up by buying quality furniture and decor, and everything in it is designed to make it the perfect vacation rental. This is not a home where a huge family lives - you won't see other people's clutter when you open a closet or a drawer - it's a full-time vacation rental designed for you and your family.
There are seven bedrooms with either king or queen beds, all with deluxe mattresses and bedding, as well as two pull-out sofa beds, each in their own rooms. 14 can sleep comfortably in beds, with the option of two twin self-inflating Aerobeds for a max number of 11 beds, but the max number of people is still 14 (in accordance with local ordinances). Although there will be enough bedroom space for that many people, the dining situation might get a bit cramped for 14 people, so keep that in mind. There is a full-sized walk-in shower for guests that might have physical limitations and can't climb in and out of a bath tub. The dining consists of a built-in table that sits 8 people, a second table that sits 4-6, and we have a folding table that can be set up right outside of the dining area for more seating. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dogs require a $99 pet fee each.
PARTIES: Although this particular property CANNOT host any gatherings or parties due to local ordinances, you have the option to rent a pavilion in one of the parks nearby. Any parties or events on the property will result in everyone immediately leaving the property without any refunds, as well as the loss of the full damage deposit. The neighbors will call us if there is a large party.
