LOCATION, LOCATION: You won't believe what's behind our modest front door: Four elegant full suites ---Yellow, Green, Blue and Moroccan-- in a 5500 sq,ft, just-restored colonial house in the center of "Restaurant Row" across from the Instituto Allende. Enjoy the comforts of home with the amenities of a boutique hotel. A peaceful, affordable, chic oasis in the heart of town, 7 minute walk to the Jardin and Parque Juarez. Terraces, garden patios, courtyards, and enormous new "copper" kitchen and dining room for guests and their guests to enjoy. The living quarters are quiet, set back far from the madding crowd, yet step outside the front door and you are in the thick of the action. 1. Well trained small dogs allowed for $20/day additional fee by request.
Guests arriving between the house of 9 pm and 9 am are requested to pay $25 2. in cash or pesos UPON ARRIVAL to whoever greets them at the door.
3. Smoking permitted only on the back terraces of the Blue Room and the Techo. Otherwise the smell affects other guests.

Verde is my favorite color
I had the pleasure of staying in the green suite at Casa de Suenos. The room was very comfortable, bright and cozy. Ample closet armoire and very nice bathroom. The shower was always good pressure and hot. The shared kitchen and living was extremely nice, the location excellent and although it is located on s busy street, the room was very quiet ( other than the inevitable boom of fireworks). Chipper was very accommodating to exchanging my schedule around as my plans had changed slightly. Peter was very attentive to guest needs. Lovely.
