Being close to Otmoor and the RSPB Nature Reserve this is a peaceful,popular place for nature enthusiasts. Upstairs are the communal areas,including an L-shaped lounge with ample comfy seating,a 43'' Smart TV which you can access Netflix, Prime Video etc., with attached CD player and Wi Fi – the perfect space for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. There is a dining table that seats four and an office space for workaholics too. Close by is the kitchen area that comes equipped with an electric oven and hob,Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave,dishwasher,fridge/freezer,and washing machine with a enclosed utility storage area. The second bedroom is off the lounge/dining area and it offers two adult-size bunk beds. There is also a bathroom nearby with a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a large lawn area which is enclosed suitable for children to run and let of steam and a restful quiet gravel garden with a seating area for the adults to relax and unwind in,which is enclosed by a wall and a plant border area.
