Your choice of a studio, one bedroom, two bedroom at Hacienda Encantada or two bedroom, 3 bedroom at the Hacienda Encantada Residences. The 2-3 bedroom Villa is only available from Sat.to Sat. The best thing to do is go to Hacienda Encantada Resort to view rooms and see the beautiful community pools and views. The Villa comes with your own pool, spa, butler, to help you make your plans, maid service everyday. As of right now, when coming back to the US, a covid-19 test is needed and must be negative to come back home. Hacienda Encantada will have that available for you so no need to worry. Test are given 72 hour prior to departure at $20 per person. We do have holidays, which go quickly, and could be at a different pricing. There is a service tax, which would be approx. $20 per day. Guest are responsible to pay that fee. The pictures that I will have on this listing is the 3 bedroom Villa. All other rooms are location in an area with common pools. PRICES ARE PER WEEK. RATES WILL BE $1000 TO $6000, U.S. DOLLARS, DEPENDING ON WHAT SIZE UNIT. HOLIDAYS ARE MORE, SIMPLY CONTACT ME.
