The Moorings is a traditional Devon fisherman's cottage, built in the 1700's. It is in a prime position next to the slipway and 20 yards from the beautiful sandy beach in Hope Cove. This area is historically a smugglers haunt, close to Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Nowadays, people paddle board, surf, swim and canoe!
The house has been sympathetically updated with reverse living. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms downstairs, the kitchen/diner, sitting room with snug off, and upstairs cloakroom upstairs. There is a wide screen TV in the sitting room. Wi-Fi is available
There is a wonderful decked, rooftop terrace, with views either side to both stunning beaches in Hope Cove. This outside space is ideal for sitting and enjoying the local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or to dine watching the waves crashing against the harbour wall.

Thank you James. Yes, in an ideal world, it would be perfect to park outside the house, but luckily the car park is only 100yds away, could be worse! The rest is exactly as you say, everything you could wish for. So glad it fitted...More
