All rooms have a private terrace with en-suite bathrooms and one has a small kitchen as an addition. The rooms are all equipped with DVD, flat screen TV’s. The bathrooms have all been decorated using natural stones and all of them also have Hans Groh overhead rain showers. The master suite has a shower bathroom and a large stone bath. There are two kitchens on the property; The main kitchen is stylish, modern, features plenty of prep space as well as state-of-the-art appliances, such as a separate wine cooler to keep guests’ rose and white wines at the perfect temperature. The open plan living/dining room is beautifully finished with a huge wooden dining table that can seat 18,  as well as a sofa and a separate TV den. The TV is large with 3D and HD facilities and satellite TV with over 1000 channels, perfect for watching a movie after a long day in the sun. Outside, villa only gets more impressive. This property is perfectly set up for outdoor living; the beautiful landscaping, a tantalisingly blue pool and incredible views of the Balearic sea make the exterior of this property truly spectacular. There are a number of beautiful chill-out areas one of which is by the floodlit tennis court; there is also an exterior kitchen with BBQ and several al fresco dining areas, offering all guests freedom and space. All rooms are fitted with both fans and air conditioning throughout. The property is gated and secure with no neighbours overlooking the property. This villa is the epitome of modern-chic and provides the ideal setting for a fun and memorable group holiday.
