Villa Iris comfortable and chic, has been handcrafted and decorated to provide comfort and privacy with a more rustic and chic feel. On the ground floor the living room has a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals. Also on this level there is a large bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed that has direct access to the terrace and a bathroom for its use. On the upper floor the spacious master bedroom is located with a private terrace offering great panorama views towards the sea and the village. This bedroom features an ensuite wash basin and large wardrobes and a desk-like private space for reading, working or just keeping personal belongings. The external space of Villa Iris is unfolding into three distinct verandas, with the lower one integrating the private pool and deck area. The view towards the sea from the verandas is unique and unforgettable, while the vegetation and fencing provide privacy and security. The external dining area has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a large slate table under a redbud tree for endless summer conversations while drinking a glass of cool wine. At the back of the house there is an external kitchen area with built in BBQ space and large working bench, ideal for making those lovely dinners for you and your family or friends. Beautiful Pelion home with fantastic view
Had a great stay at this beautiful home. Warm and cozy with great amenities and the best view I've seen in a while! Can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful retreat in Pelion
Villa Iris is located in a beautiful rustic area of Pelion, reaching it with an unforgetable curvy little road up the mountains from Velos. The house is overlooking the outstanding view of the surroundings of the area and the sea. It was fully equipped with everything, clean and very pleasant. We loved especially the great balcony/veranda of the living room, were we had our meals, read and gazed into the future.

The best play to stay in the whole of Pelion!
Nothing... literally nothing has been forgotten at Pelion Homes. Stathis is the ideal host - always super fast on comms. We have been twice, staying in two different villas. Both had epic views and such clever little touches to make you smile. I even found an SOS pack under the sink with toothpaste and other items just in case! The pool is tended too each day, there is a mid-week clean, there are beach towels and absolutely every amenity you need to ensure that you are as comfortable - if not more so than in your own home which represents really good value. We also had the good fortune to meet Stathis who is a lovely person. THANK YOU for giving us the best holiday, two years in a row.

Tranquil Pelion home
Situated in a picturesque location with superb views, villa Iris is very well designed and thought off, providing a cozy atmosphere and an eclectic vibe. It is extremely well equipped with great amenities accommodating the 6 of us (my wife, parents and in-laws) for a week very comfortably. The host Stathis and his team are friendly and polite, very responsive and helpful, ensuring for a comfortable stay. Our time there was an absolute treat and we are very much looking forward to come back.

Perfect Vacation house on Pelion
The house located in Pelion on the mountains is not far from Volos, there are stores in the cities around. the management is amazing and the service is outstanding for a Rental like air B&B place. The house is designed beautifully, and in a smart way, and you have everything you need in the kitchen down to electrical wight. you can [lan your whole vacation using an App they developed which has superb! information about anything you need for your vacation what to do where to go down to walking trails. We think seriously to go again to the same place next year ( we usually do not go to the same place twice). Pelion is a pearl and is a must visit a place with lots of nature and very nice beaches. Cons: We wish we had more time there.

Very nice villa in Pelion
Villa Iris is a wonderful house, decorated with excellent taste and with all the necessary details to make the stay very comfortable. The garden and the pool are very well kept. Our experience eating and dining on the porch, enjoying the beautiful views over the Pagasetic Gulf is one of the best memories. Many excursions and places to visit from there The owner, Sthatis and his assistant, Lina are very friendly and helpful people. 100% recomended. We will return when we return to the Pelion.

Our holidays at villa IRIS
Staying at Villa Iris was an unforgettable experience! Unique ambience with amazing views of the Pagasitic Gulf. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. We were able to relax, chill at the pool, cook at home. It was great! One can still have his privacy, while the other ones are chilling in the garden. During our stay, the host of Pelion Homes was there for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us maps to explore the woods and showed us a path, next to the house, which leads to the village of Agios Georgios. A ten minute walk and you have access to three restaurants. You can eat and drink without having to worry about driving home. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect
It was like being home! Excellent location and view. Friendly, kind and helpful owners. The architect and the interior designer of the house seem to be very talented! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for a super dinner. We will revisit it.

Beautiful moments in a beautiful place
I had very beautiful moments at this place with friends. The villa offers warm and comfortable spaces with elegant design and architecture. Breathtaking views from high mountains and the beautiful pool were amazing. The location provides many choices for either visiting beautiful traditional villages or going to the close town of Volos for nightlife.

Amazing place with spectacular view !!!
Iris Villa is perfect for a get-away! I visited with friends for a couple of days and we all wished we could stay longer. The luxurious environment with its multiple cosy corners will definitely have you wonder if you want to explore the villages nearby or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking view! The amenities provided (full-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.) make the villa perfect for longer visits, too. I’ ll visit again in summertime, to be able to make the most of the stunning pool and the exterior barbecue!

We are located nearby to the stunning mountainside village of Agios Georgios Neleias in Pelion. Surrounded by lush vegetation and stunning beaches dotted around the coastline. Pelion is a nature lovers paradise and the perfect destination to come to relax, heal and unwind in beautiful surroundings.
Getting around
In the nearby city of Volos there are an abundance of car rental agencies, let us know if you need any information on our recommended partners. There are also buses and taxis available locally plus mountain bike hire if you are feeling more adventurous. We also offer transfers to and from the airport dependant on group size. How to get there
Once you passed the city of Volos and on the way to Argalasti via Agria and Lehonia, you will come across a junction to the left towards Agios Vlassis, Agios Georgios Nilias and Pinakates villages. On your way up the mountain after the village of Agios Vlassis and just before entering the village of Agios Georgios Nilias you will see a sign with direction to Taxiarhon Monastery to the left. Driving towards the monastery you should see a narrow uphill dirt road to your right hand with a small sign pointing towards the houses. Take this road for 150m ahead and you will reach your destination. Welcome to your home!
