This spacious 2 bedroom condo overlooks the Puerto Aventuras Marina, and is brand new as a vacation rental. Relax out back and enjoy the pool or watch yachts pass by in the marina, maybe even see a spider monkey swinging through the trees. Just a short walk up the road you will find the commercial area of Puerto Aventuras Marina. Puerto Aventuras is a charming, lovely little town about 20 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. There is a marina, a golf course, a lagoon, and beautiful beaches. Puerto Aventuras is situated right in the heart of the Riviera Maya, with Mayan Ruins, crystal clear cenotes, theme parks, and shopping all within reach. There are even various all-inclusive resorts in the neighborhood that offer day passes.
The marina and beach are a short 10 minute walk from the condo. There are taxis available and public transportation can be found just outside of the residential complex, about a 15-20 minute walk from the condo. Car, golf cart and bicycle rental are also available.
