Alta Vista is a luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse (with elevator) located in the Villas Del Mar II complex, Puerto Aventuras. Enjoy fabulous beach views from this gorgeous home!
Alta Vista is fully air conditioned. The comfortable open plan living area has satellite TV, DVD, comfy sofa and dining area, not to mention fully equipped gourmet kitchen. From here you can walk out to the large terrace with outdoor dining, chaises and Jacuzzi…. relax with the sound of the ocean… blissful relaxation.

Lugar ideal, seguro y paraisiaco para una estancia en familia exitosa
Llevar una familia con 3 adolecentes nunca es facil pero si lo fue en este departamento.
No1 espacio y vista incredible al mar. Cocina de primera con opcion de tener un chef que te hace desayuno y cena + muchachas.
No2 Todo el confort de una departamento de lugo....TODO
No3 alrededor de puerto aventuras tantas actividades para cualquier tipo de adolecente asi dejandote tiempo con tu pareja.
Regresaremos a ESTE.

Appartement idéal ,sur la plage avec une immense terrasse et une grande piscine.
Calme absolu et déco très sympa !

Fantasic villa, fantastic staff, fantastic stay
Enormous villa with beautiful bedrooms and gorgeous indoor/outdoor living area opening onto a pool and tethered to the unique local landscape by the surrounding vegetation and a spring-fed rock lagoon. But what makes this villa special is the friendly staff, for whom no courtesty or comfort was too small to overlook.

Amazing place, amazing service!
From the moment we arrived we felt at home. A fabulous house that combines the outdoors with all the comforts of home. The rooms are huge with everything you could need.We stayed during a hurricane and were not bothered by it at all. The home is nestled among the trees and is protected from the wind and rain.The staff were exceptional and catered for us as well with meals that were as good as anything you could buy at the top restaurants in the area. When travelling with a group of 11 divers it requires a lot of timing and room to spread our equipment, photographic gear etc out and the Villa allows this as it is so spacious.

Spring break 2012
The house is absolutely beautiful. The glass wall slides away to the palapa and pool and it was so relaxing whether sitting inside or out. The location really is perfect, we would start out by walking to the lagoon every morning and snorkelling. Tulum beaches are fantastic and the parks Xel Ha, Hidden worlds are down the road. Luz and Rosenburg were wonderful caretakers. The dinners they cooked were great, they sang beautfully, made a cake for my mum's 70th birthday and kept the place in order so we could just relax. Would love to go back again. Thansk to everyone, Laura, Marina, Rhett, the team, for making the vacation stress free.

Gorgeous villa to stay & host a Wedding event!!
My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting one of our wedding events in the expansive outdoor palapa of this stunning villa, and till date our guests don't stop talking about it. We held our Welcome Party here and absolutely loved it!! The very different jungle setting we thought is perfect for a secluded vacation! It comes with its own private walkway to a private pontoon that leads to one of the most gorgeous lagoons in the area. We actually went snorkeling with our families in that lagoon, saw some colorful and pretty fish, and thought, how perfect it would be to be staying right here at this villa! The rooms are all large and beautiful & the layout was so open, perfect for a wedding event! The palapa was a big lounge area, and opened out into the pool and gardens, with the large kitchen & dining room attached to one side. Dinner was spread there, while our guests lounged around, and danced by pretty lights at the pool side. This villa also has the awesome roof deck, where we watched the beautiful sunset while sipping on cocktails with our guests. The panoramic views of the jungle and lagoon from the rooftop are unmatched! We found the villa also very conveniently located, just a short drive to all the fun night life & shopping at Playa Del Carmen and another short drive to the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. The maids did a great job with cooking dinner for all our guests and helping our head chef antonio with the menu. We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), management (Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas, as well as Eddie) and all the maids & chefs like Mariana who helped us make our wedding Welcome Party such a huge success! We highly recommend this villa to host your wedding party too and even have your reception. Heck, we liked it so much, we would also love to stay there on our next trip to Mexico!

About the neighbourhood
The Alta Vista is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by.
Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more!
Getting around
A car was recommended to visit the surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. You will find Taxi or local bus. But the simplest is the car.

How to get there
Upon leaving the Cancun airport turn right (south) onto Highway 307 headed toward Tulum. Drive approximately 45 miles (75 km) (just 12 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen) and you will see on your left an entrance that says "Puerto Aventuras" and a bridge, get in the right hand lane (do not go over the bridge) there is a circle (roundabout) under the bridge, turn left onto the circle drive round and turn north heading to the entrance of Puerto Aventuras.
If you miss the turning and go over the bridge, not to worry, head south a couple of minutes and take the Barcelo Hotel return and head north towards Puerto Aventuras.
Drive thru the "Security Arch".
