    NEW LISTING! Our condo is in Bella Vista homes kitty corner from Playa Bonita. Upstairs unit with 2b/ 2b, new appliances, including a washer/dryer, Satellite TV, AC/Heat, a patio and rooftop area. Beautifully decorated and cozy. We are a gated community with 24 hr. security. We have a pool, BBQ area with tables and seats covered by palapas and a workout room. Ocean views from our patio and rooftop and a 2 min. drive to Sandy Beach! We are not in the resorts so, no long lines or elevators to wait on. Free wifi.
