Walking distance to Evanston Plaza - a shopping center with Shopper's Drug Mart, Sobey's Grocery, SubWay and many more food & dinning spots. The space: Tidy and clean space. No pets and no noise. Space is only shared with the owner. You will have access to a private bedroom, bathroom and work station. Street parking available in front of the house. Guest access: Kitchen, dinning and living room will be shared with the owner. Most guests opt to grab Tim Hortons or Starbucks for breakfast (both in close proximity) however coffee and/or tea will be available to guests.
