My place is very spacious and would appeal to families. It offers three bedrooms and a full bathroom, a en-suite half bathroom off the master bedroom, a spacious kitchen, dining, living and family room. The house has a big front yard and a patio in the rear for enjoyment in the summer.
Fully furnished with modern furnishings, including leather sofas and fabric chairs, 52” and 42” TVs, internet and cable connections, queen sized, double sized bedroom set and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal.
The house is newly renovated, and all appliances are new (including fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven). On site washer/dryer is also available. Hardwood flooring, vinyl and ceramic tiles flooring throughout the house.

My family and I rented this house while visiting Calgary for our Spartan Race. Plenty of space for the family, located in a great area. Close to shopping and great food.

About the neighbourhood
There are plenty of restaurants in the area, Earls, Joey seafood, Tony Roma's stake house, Boston Pizza, Chianti Cafe & restaurant...etc, not to mention the various ethnic restaurants and coffee shops available within close proximity.
Getting around
Hopping on the C-train would be a more fun way to visit the downtown core. Once there you could visit Fort Calgary, Glenbow Museum, Dovonian Gardens, Calgary Tower, Prince's Island Park and more. For other sight seeing trips around the city, a car would be more ideal and saves a lot of time.

My guest house is strategically located to all major roads. From the airport it is a 20 min cab ride via either 36 ST NE or Deerfoot TR south. If your trip involves driving to Calgary either from east or west of Alberta, Trans Canada HWY 1 (16th AV NE) is your best option, and brings you to 36 ST NE and the guest house is a block North. For travelers using Deerfoot TR (HWY 2), you can make an exit at 16 AV NE east bound and turn north on 36 ST NE.
