Nestled under the mountain this cozy, country cottage on an 11 acre property provides a relaxing rural getaway and is only 2 km from a shopping mall and under 10 minutes drive to the center of Duncan. The cottage is spacious with 1100 sq ft of living space and has two good sized bedrooms. One has a king-size bed the other a queen size and there is also a hide-a-bed for extra guests in the living room. There is also a good sized couch.

There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and a 1/2 bathroom. The cottage has an efficient wood burning stove, large flatscreen tv, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and dining room and ample parking.
