Corner apartment, floor to ceiling windows.facing North and East with fantastic water, mountain and city views. Wifi, flat screen tv, new furniture, free laundry. Secure building. Separate bedroom + Sofabed (Queen)..All utilities included--electricity, A/C, telephone (with free North American Long Distance), broadband Internet. Exercise room with sauna, social space and outdoor barbecue.Across street from new YMCA (olympic-sized pool, extensive gyms, etc.--temporary memberships possible.) Parking available. Need to book in advance. Equipped for family with crib, high chair etc.

Fully private and self-contained. Host accessible locally via mobile or email. We will meet you with the key. A full info package is provided after the rental. The apartment is completely self-contained. Queen sized bed in BR and new pull out Queen sized sofa bed in living room. Parking is available ($15/day) either in our space or in one of the multiple lots in the immediate area. We can also point you to free parking a bus ride away.

The apartment's location is perfect, literally in the center of downtown. All Vancouver points of interests (and there are a lot) are in walking distance. Canada place, Stanley Park, Sunset Beach, just to name a few. Groceries, restaurants, shops are literally a minutes walk away. The views from the apartment are overwhelming. We stayed 3 weeks, and every single day...

The view from the floor to ceiling windows is stunning; snow capped mountains in the distance ...... this natural beauty is only an hour drive away. The apartment is located downtown right across from the fabulous downtown YMCA. We were a few blocks to the sea wall, the Art Museum, The Bill Reid Gallery, restaurants, movies and a real mix...

We love The Electra Building and its view and location in the heart of Vibrant Vancouver. And, Michael, the owner of the apartment, is great.
