Newly built rear strata duplex in a fabulous location gives you easy access to downtown and all amenities, parks and walkways yet still able to feel comfortable in a neighbourhood that is quiet and friendly. This contemporary two bedroom home features a steam shower in the master bedroom and for a nice soak, enjoy the air Jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom located outside the second bedroom, both on the second floor. There is also an open den area separating the two rooms, perfect for a quiet read or to work on your computer. A double sized futon in this area serves to accommodate an extra person.

We were visiting family and this was a great place to entertain. The cupboards and refrigerator have all kinds of things you might need if you decide to cook. It truly felt like home. We'll be back!
