THE LOCATION ⇒ Nearest Bus Stop (Spearhead at Marquise) - 62m ⇒ Nearest Ski Run (Green Line) - 100m ⇒ Blackcomb Gondola - 700m ⇒ Nearest Grocery Store (Upper Village Market) - 700m ⇒ Whistler Visitors Centre - 1.6km IN THE WINTER In the winter, it is a short walk to the Green Line ski-out or a short walk to Blackcomb Gondola. Lost Lake Nordic trails are a short walk, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and explorers. In peak winter season the ski home trail “Home Run” is completely accessible and ends right across the street. You can catch the free 'Fire & Ice' at the base of Whistler every Sunday evening during the peak season dates where some of the best skiers and snowboarders in Whistler showcase their talent complete with fireworks. There is also free ice skating at the Olympic Plaza (rentals extra charge) and a snow fort with tunnels and slides for the kids. IN THE SUMMER In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, a short walk away, where there are tons of children's activities such as bungee trampolines, mini-golf, go-carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers' Market is also held every Wednesday, Sunday and Holiday Saturday in the same location. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails and the main Whistler Village is a 15-20 minute walk through a beautiful forested area crossing a Fitzsimmons creek. The Chateau Whistler Golf Course is also just around the corner! THE LAYOUT This modern 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo is on the main floor with elevator access from the parkade. You will be greeted with a large open plan living space and a huge full kitchen with everything you need to cater for your holiday. The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests. The double-sided gas fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for the winter evenings and mornings while the balcony complete with BBQ is ideal for the summer months. There is also a large flat-screen TV should you choose to have a few quiet nights in and a sofa bed for extra guests. Around the corner off the hallway, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed and the other side of the fireplace. The second smaller bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Kindly note this room has no windows and is suited to smaller children. The sofa also pulls out into a queen bed to allow for 6 guests to stay in this home. There is also a full bathroom and a washer/dryer in the condo for fresh clothing throughout your stay. Free WiFi, cable and local calls are all included. Powderhorn has a common area hot tub upon a large rooftop patio with amazing panoramic views - the perfect end, or start to each day. BOOKING POLICIES Standard Occupancy: 4 Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS. Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
