House Rental

This amazing spacious family cottage is a hop, skip and a jump down from the famous clear waters of Crystal Beach in Ontario. Main Floor The main floor is open concept. The spacious kitchen has a large refrigerator and the kitchen island houses two beer and pop fridges . The main dining table has 8 wooden chairs, plus 3 wooden kids chairs. The french doors open to the deck overlooking the backyard. The deck has a round table with an umbrella and six chairs. There is a stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and blender available for your use. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, baking trays and daily use utensils are also available for your use. The hallway down from the kitchen leads to a 3 piece washroom. Please bring your own detergent, bleach, softener and dryer sheets as required. Another door leads to bedroom #5. The living room and florida room have 3 couches, loveseat and a chair with 3 hanging fans. If the heat is unbearable, turn on the central air conditioning. There is large screen TV with Satellite , DVD and surround sound . There is a natural gas fireplace insert for those chilly fall evenings as well as an office desk with a phone. You can enter the second floor bedrooms via the living room or the kitchen. You have local calling available free of charge. In order to call long-distance please use your calling card and call the 1-800 number of your provider. Complimentary WIFI is also included . The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a washroom. Bedroom #1 1 bunk bed, single over single 1 twin/single bed with a small closet and dresser ensuite-bathroom 2 piece 13'x12' Bedroom #2 1 queen bed with a large armoire, large closets and alarm clock 13'x12' Bedroom #3 1 queen bed with a large dresser, large closets and alarm clock 13'x12' Bedroom #4 1 twin/single bed 1 bunk bed, single over single with a small closet and dresser 13'x12' Bedroom #5 Is on the main level with french doors to deck 1 double bed with hanging fan 10'x7' Outside You can get outside via the front door (that has a small porch), side door or through one of the two french doors leading to the back yard deck. The beach house is situated on 4 lots approximately 100 feet by 180 feet. There is a lot of room for playing or relaxing by the fire pit. An outdoor shower is available with both hot and cold water to rinse off from the beach. A barbeque is available for use with utensils inside. There are two picnic tables. You may want to bring plastic plates, utensils and tablecloths. As always, mosquito season is around in the summer, don't forget repellant or citronella candles. Parking Parking is available in front of the garage for 2 vehicles. Any daytime visitors can park on the grassy area between the sidewalk and the street. Please refrain from parking on the property. Things for you to bring Clothes, beach wear and toys, towels, toiletries, linens for beds, pillows, bleach and detergent, sun lotions, mosquito repellants, plastic containers for leftovers, water bottles, FOOD, paper towels, Kleenex, shoes and or slippers, pajamas and other necessary items you can fit in your car. There is a local food store 3 minutes away by car for food and anything you may have forgotten! We are happy to rent to large extended families with kids. The Beach House is also available for rent during off season (September till mid June)
