The place is 2 minutes from ALL major highways and 7-10 minutes away from beautiful lake views and parks. There are many walking and biking trails around Winterbourne. The space is a luxury, independent, lower level walkout, garden apartment. It has a new, modern open concept kitchen and living room with a large bedroom---good for a single person or couple. This place sleeps 3; there is a pull-out couch. Additionally, for a short stay, a fourth camp cot fits in very well, keeping the integrity of a large bedroom. KTCHEN Modern Kitchen boasts horizontal cabinets for greater space, quartz counters and a large sink that looks into a wonderful landscaped Perennial Garden. Pot lights, under cabinet lighting that adds to the ambiance of the kitchen and a wonderful breakfast counter OTHER FEATURES An independent Patio with a BBQ option. Motion lights that light the entire path safely to apartment at night. The whole apartment is tastefully decorated and shows off beautiful Persian rugs. One parking spot is on the driveway.
