This executive 3BR downtown suite has no expense spared. It has 3 bedrooms for you to use and 2 full bathrooms, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, WiFi, cable TV and Netflix. It has a restaurant quality 7' tall Viking fridge, gas cooktop and double Fisher&Paykel oven. Enjoy over 1250 sq ft of living space at the NE corner of Yonge and Wellesley. Wellesley subway is next door and Queens park, UofT, Ryerson, Dundas Sq, Yorkville and the hospital corridor are all within walking distance. There is one underground parking spot but be aware it has a 6' height limitation so raised and extended full-sized SUVs like the Navigator XL and Escallade have trouble parking down there.

I have a cohost who will greet you and give you a tour of the unit when you checkin. He can recommend places to go and places to eat and find groceries. He lives nearby and is available by phone if you need help or have questions with anything.

The location was PERFECT. The condo was amazing, spotless, well kept and so many amenities. They were the perfect host, outstanding communications. Parking was perfect. We would stay again and definitely refer our friends and family. MAHALO FROM HAWAII.

This place was gorgeous on the inside and super nice to stay. Raj provided water for us when we came in and was super accommodating with letting us leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout. Dealing with the booking agent was rough as communication...More

About the neighbourhood
The unit is in the heart of downtown Toronto. Yonge and Bloor is walking distance away as is Yorkville, UofT campus, Ryerson University campus, the hospital corridor, Eaton Centre the Royal Ontario Museum and dozens of clubs, bars and restaurants. There is really not reason to drive anywhere once you're checked in.
Getting around
Most things are walking distance, but for everything else the subway entrance is steps away from the front door. Uber is best for groups over 3 since most things are pretty close by.
