Recently our neighbourhood High Park/Swansea has been ranked in the Top 3, out of 140, of the 2013 August edition of Toronto Life Magazine's 'The Best Places to live in the City'. We have our own registered Little Library which is attached to the front yard tree. Where young and old, visitors or neighbours, can 'take a book, leave a book'. The bathroom has a granite countertop with a double sink, and tub/shower. The Kitchen comes with granite countertops, 28LF of cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and double sink with pull out faucet. The living room/dining room is 28'x12'.(32SM) The large third floor bedrooms are 14'x12 (16SM), one has a walk-in closet and the other a built-in 12' (4M) closet. The apt comes with a shared backyard and garden, storage shed and one parking space per unit -additional street parking is available. 6 Zip Car (auto sharing) locations within walking distance- 50 yards to 2 blocks. Our place has been a favourite destination and a home to Relocating Executives, Family Reunions, Local families renovating their homes, Interning Professionals such as Doctors, Academics ,and Scientists. Among our longer staying guests we have had an Astronaut, Diplomats, and Professional Athletes. Some have become repeat visitors Wifi and Cable TV is included. Free use of adult and children's bicycles. Cleaning is included every two weeks . We supply 'hypoallergenic pillows, certified asthma and allergy friendly'. Every long term guest will receive new pillows, otherwise we supply new ones every 30 days of usage. We can provide a child's bedrail, a high chair and a Evenflo Pac n' Play. Please note that our check in procedure, for security reasons, requires us to see a photo ID and the credit card used to pay for booking with Tripadvisor within 7 days of booking, unless other arrangements are made Pets are considered but the following information must be provided upon booking: Age, breed, Vet vaccination status and flea control program status.More

About the neighbourhood
Recently our neighbourhood High Park/Swansea has been ranked in the Top 3, out of 140, in Toronto Life Magazine's 'The Best Places to live in the City'. The Apartment is walking distance to excellent primary and secondary schools, gyms, yoga studios, great bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, fruit stores, specialty cheese stores, butcher shops and the recently saved and community run Revue Cinema. The house is two blocks from High Park with its’ numerous playgrounds, ponds, zoo, restaurant, and running/hiking/walking trails, skating rink, swimming pool, baseball/soccer/football fields and the Howard Park Tennis Club. It is also close to the waterfront Martin Goodman running and biking trail, Sunnyside Beach and its' volleyball courts and Toronto's largest exterior swimming pool. ...
How to get there
In the Spring of 2015 there will be a new express airport train link, called the Union Pearson Express (Union station is the central downtown train terminal and Pearson is the international airport). We are fortunate enough to be located 100 yards from one of the four stops, our stop is the Bloor Dundas Station. We will be only 10-15 mins from either the airport or the Union station train terminal. There will be wifi provided on the trains and the trains will travel every 15 minutes. Please visit their website at the Union Pearson Express for more information. Once you exit the station walk west to the intersection of Bloor St and Dundas St West and past it one block. Alhambra Ave is located one block south of Dundas St West on the south side of Bloor St.
