Joli cadre mais services qui laissent à désirer
Un séjour en première semaine de vacances d'été. Pas encore beaucoup de clients mais normalement l'équipe aurait déjà dû être au point... Au final, après avoir fait une erreur dans notre réservation (nous devions occuper un chalet Confort mais a priori la gestion des réservations de 4 chalets seulement est compliquée !), la direction a eu un problème avec le cuisinier du restaurant... Arrivés le samedi, on nous annonce qu'il n'y aura pas de cuisinier avant le jeudi ! (entre temps, possibilité d'avoir pizzas et salades, mais pas de carte et des pizzas immangeables) L'absence d'épicerie sur place ou à proximité immédiate aurait été compensée par le restaurant...
La zone de couverture du wifi (payant) ne couvre pas tous les chalets (nous avons dû nous installer sur le muret de l'emplacement et renoncer à utiliser l'ordinateur dans le chalet !).
Petit détail : dans les Moréa, pas de chaise longue comme sur la photo !
Bref, un magnifique camping, mais les services ne sont pas au rendez-vous... dommage !
