Large and romantic apartment in the countryside of San Gimignano, with amazing views over the city and the towers. Part of Montegonfoli Farmhouse, it is the best place to spend a nice holiday in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful towns and attractions of the world. City center is at only 5 minutes by car. Shops and restaurants nearby.The apartment can host up to 4 adults and 2 babies. The Montegonfoli Farmhouse is placed on top of an hill with an amazing view on San Giminano and on Tuscany hills. Roma city center (Saint Peter church) is 2,5h from Montegonfoli. This apartment is on the ground floor and can host up to 6 people (max 4 adults over 12yo). It has a large living room with kitchen and sofabed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. It features a wonderful view on the surroundings, with direct view on San Gimignano Towers from the house patio and from one of the bedrooms. The apartment has a private area in the garden too, with table and seats to live and eat outdoors, under a wonderful walnut tree as sun umbrella.More

Our house has few rules , beyond those suggested by common sense and good manners. Although we love animals, currently pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, but we ask to our guests to respect children and pregnant ladies, outdoors too. Many people come to our place to relax and enjoy the magical silence of our position, so we ask kindly to respect other guests. Breakfast is not included,as well as daily cleaning of rooms and apartments, since we act as an Aparthotel.

Beautiful Place and Location

This place is wonderful. After a very bad ending to our stay in Rome, getting all of our belongings stolen including all of our luggage, this was a much needed retreat. Great location, beautiful scenery and Bruno couldn't have been more accommodation. Thank You and...More

We are at five minutes from San Gimignano city center, one of the world's most appreciated destinations. We are in the countryside so you will be in a quiet and relaxing place, but very close to any kind of attractions
Getting around
The best option to explore Tuscany is to get a car. It is possible to arrive here with public transportation but you might consider to add some taxis, especially in the evening and in the night, since the last buses are at 17:00. A taxi run to/from the city center costs about 15,00 Euro, to/from the train station 35,00Euro, to/from Florence (train station or Airport) 100,00Euro. The bus ticket to San Gimignano costs 1,50Euro.
