Les Roses is one of five gites on the Les Patis estate set in eight acres of private gardens. We are located in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, lower Normandy; renowned for its rolling hills, half timbered houses and gentle way of life. The area is also steeped in history and tradition. From the atrocities of WWII, to its famous gastronomic products of cheese and cider, to its many stud farms that surround the area. Les Roses is a large and spacious three bedroom stone cottage that has views over the garden and swimming pool. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite shower room; the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed.
