The house is new and has been designed in such a way that it offers a unique view in almost all rooms, it meets the latest standards of comfort and insulation (RT2012). You will appreciate its large volumes, its large openings, and its architecture in a modern style. The house is air-conditioned. THE HOST The entire Dodo et Tartine team will be present during your stay to accompany you, guide you and intervene if necessary. Several people can be reached every day. Benefit from the professional service of our teams! On site, a Traveller's Manual in English and French designed by Dodo et Tartine containing all the necessary information for an ideal holiday. THE SITUATION // The property // The house is built on land remaining in the heights of the hill of Esplanes in Sollies-Toucas. The view is breathtaking and over 180°. // The neighborhood // The property is located in a residential area near the centre of the village of Sollies-Toucas (300 metres), directly accessible by a staircase. The beaches of Hyères, Carqueiranne, Le Pradet and Toulon are accessible in about 25 minutes by car. The situation is ideal for holidays. // Conveniences // Within walking distance: mini-markets, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, restaurants, Provençal market (every Friday). 5 min by car: Large shopping centre with all types of shops and access to the motorway. // The activities // Many walking trails in the pine forest, the surrounding woods and on the surrounding coastline. Diving activities, kayaking, sailing club, boat rental, mountain biking, Toulon museums, amusement parks (Aqualand, OK Corral...), Circuit du Castelet etc... PARKING AND TRANSPORT Parking is inside the property (two cars maximum). The nearest bus stop is 600 metres away (Les Lignes du Var), and lines 8810, 4802, and 8821 allow you to go to Toulon, Hyères and La Garde without a connection. ACCESIBILITY The accommodation is wheelchair accessible. One of the rooms is located on the ground floor. BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN Household linen is provided, you have no sheets or towels to take away. Bedding and mattresses are new and of superior quality. MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT A television and hifi equipment in the living room. Free Wifi connection. Also a television in one of the rooms. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary items to prepare all your dishes; cooking plates, oven, pots, pans, stews, microwaves, large refrigerator with freezer, juicer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender (for smoothies and milk shakes), dishwasher, as well as many accessories and cutlery etc... ELECTROMENAGER At your disposal a Dyson vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. GARDEN EQUIPMENT On the terrace, you will find a dining area with gas barbecue and sink, relaxation areas with garden chairs and a swimming pool.
