This 2 bed apartment is on the popular Mojon Hills resort, just outside the pretty traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The apartment has been very well furnished and completed to a high standard, and is just a few paces away from the lovely communal pool and grass play area.The accommodation comprises: access via stairs and walkway from the secure underground parking, where there is an allocated parking space.
Please note that the terrace on this apartment does not have unobstructed sea views.

About the neighbourhood
The village of Isla Plana is a 10 minute walk away from the complex and there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a sandy beach within easy reach. A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards. The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The property is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

From Murcia San Javier, mountain route with tolls.
Leave the airport and follow signs for the AP7 to Cartagena

1) From the airport, go over the first roundabout, and at the second take the AP7 slip road for Los Alcazares and Cartagena. Merge onto the AP7
2) This is a toll route, have plenty of coins ready!
3) Follow the road until you reach the outskirts of Cartagena and take junction 800 for the E15 towards Murcia and Almeria.
4) After 1km merge onto the AP7 in the direction of Almeria.
5) Stay on this road for just over 29km.
6) Take the exit 829 for Tallante, Mazarrón and leave the toll road.
7) At the roundabout follow the E17 towards Tallante.
8) At the end of the road, turn right onto the N332 mountain road to Mazarrón..
9) Follow this road over the mountain all the way to Isla...
