The view is amazing; everything was very clean and to our surprise ewen our dirty clothes was washed and ironed.

Very nice apt. with all the amenities you need. Beautiful views of the sea and Lion's head. Top floor apt. Lots of steps but very worth it for the view. Parking available. Three adults stayed and had more than enough room. Would highly recommend. Patrick...More

The large open plan dining room has a light oak table with 6 chairs & a settee. The spacious living room has two very large sofas and an arm chair. There is a TV, a DVD player & grand piano. These triple aspect rooms have fabulous views day & night.
The flooring is sea grass matting, with a thick cream rug over. The balcony has an art deco ding room table with four wicker arm chairs with doors from the sitting room and/or dining room.

In Upper Sea Point, the apartment is at the top of a quiet residential road - an easy walk to the beach front, while the V&A Waterfront and the World Cup Stadium are 5 minutes away by car. The area is safe for those who like walking and independent travel. The apartment offers far reaching views in all directions across Table Bay to Robben Island, Signal Hill, Lion's Head and the cable-way station on Table Mountain.The vibrant Main Road is minutes walk down the hill with restaurants and shopping to cater for all needs. Posticinos is great for the best pizzas and atmosphere; St John's Piazza is a shopping centre with a Woolworths delicatessen and restaurants.

Getting around
MyCITI buses leave from a busstop on High level Road - two minutes from the front door. There are Minibus taxis every few minutes on the Main road - 5 minutes' walk down the hill. CT International Airport os 20 minutes by car; the V&A Waterfront, Clifton, Camps Bay or Cape Town City Centre are 10 minutes by car. The Table Mountain Cableway station is about 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping are an easy 5 minute walk down to the Main road. The Beachfront is between 5 and 8 minutes walk from the apartment - and the open air Sea Point Pavilion Olympic Sized Swimming pool is a 15 minute walk along the beachfront.

Cape Town International is 18 miles / 25 minutes. Safe and convenient parking for hire cars is available in the quiet residential road at the entrance to the block.
