Our rental villas are situated in the quaint community of East End on Grand Cayman, away from all the noise and congestion of Georgetown and 7-mile beach.

Parking is a HUGE problem in Georgetown and on 7 mile beach -- there are very few public parking lots, and many streets do not allow parking. If that isn't bad enough, 5-7 cruise ships are in the port of Georgetown EVERY DAY!!! Shopping under these conditions is not pleasurable. Nor is getting served in a restaurant near the port or near the passenger 'drop off' point on 7-mile Beach. Nevertheless, some people thrive on crowds and activity -- if so -- the East End is not for you.

In the quieter East End, there are several fine dining restaurants nearby including the famous Portofinos Italian & seafood restaurant. Lighthouse Restaurant as well as Castro's Hideaway...

Our backup property manager, Alden, offers a service whereby he will come to The Beach House and cook a dinner for you. He's the Head Chef at the Morritt's --- his meals are delectable! NOTE: ALL GUESTS MUST COMPLETE OUR OWN RESERVATION FORM, even though you are reserving & paying through Trip Advisor. This form goes to our property manager so that she knows who's arriving, when, which villa to prepare & leave the key for, and when to arrange the cleaning crew when you leave. She also uses this form to update all the websites as we advertise on different sites. MANDATORY !!! This form also goes to the Cayman Government when we pay our accommodation taxes.

If you want a quiet relaxing vacation rental then this is the one for you. We spent a week at this villa on East End, if only we could have stayed another week. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and Seven...More

Extremely spacious and luxurious villa.

Master Bedroom has Cathedral Ceilings, a fan, and a KING SIZED canopy bed. Also a walk-in closet, and en suite with jacuzzi tub, his & her sinks, and a separate shower stall. On the 2nd floor.

2nd Bedroom has a QUEEN SIZED 4-poster bed. Washroom right out the bedroom door. On the 2nd floor. (*we're Canadian, so forgive us - we refer to the ground floor as the one where you walk in off the street, the next one up being the 2nd, the next the 3rd).

3rd Bedroom is on the MAIN floor, 2 twin Bamboo Beds, En suite bathroom with a large shower stall - which makes this room ideal for older guests travelling with you - no stairs to climb, no bathtubs to step over to have a shower.

About the neighbourhood
The quaint Village of East End is the 'authentic' Cayman. It is quiet, peaceful and serene. No rushing here!
The main touristy areas, 7 mile beach, are very 'Americanized' with Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendys, Burger King, etc.' East End is the exact opposite.

However, we do have GREAT restaurants on East End, enough to try a new one every night of your stay if you are here for a week. We are very close to the famous (and 'Must Do') Stingray City. For nature lovers, there are the beautiful 'Queen Elizabeth Botanical Gardens' with the endagered, and unique to Cayman Blue Iguanas.

British Airways has 4 flights a week directly from Heathrow to Grand Cayman. You may find it less expensive, however, to connect with a US carrier through the USA. If at all possible, avoid Miami Airport (It's a zoo!!!)
